Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mudra, operated by ARTH, a brand of Nash Enterprises, collects, uses, and protects your information. We aim to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication details.
• Content you create — signatures, logos, banners, documents, and the contact details you enter or upload (including team members' details).
• Usage data — basic technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the Service, save and sync your work, authenticate you, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data you upload about others

If you upload other people's details (for example, a CSV of your team's email addresses to generate signatures), you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so. We process that data on your behalf as a processor.

4. Storage & processing

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) using access controls and row-level security so each account can access only its own data. Data may be processed in the region where our database is hosted.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the app. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Third parties

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and, in future, payment processing), under appropriate agreements — never for their own marketing.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us and we will respond within the time required by law.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of material breaches as required by law.

9. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you.
