Picking a template is the easy part. The tedious part is repeating the same logo upload, font choice and colour pick every time someone on the team makes a new signature — a Brand Kit exists to do that once, not every time.
What a Brand Kit actually stores
A Brand Kit is five saved values: a logo URL, a font, a primary colour, and a text colour. Nothing more — it's deliberately not a separate design system, just the handful of details every signature in a company should share.
Setting it up
Set it once from the templates gallery: upload or paste your logo's URL, pick your font, and choose a colour — either from the preset swatches or a custom hex, which is free and unrestricted on every plan.
Save it, and it applies immediately: the catalog of templates collapses from one card per layout-colour-font combination down to one card per layout, each already shown in your saved brand rather than a generic sample colour.
What changes when you create a signature
With a Brand Kit saved, creating a new signature carries the kit's colour, font and logo into it automatically — nobody has to remember the company's exact hex code or re-upload the logo file they don't have saved locally.
It only sets the starting point. Anyone can still override an individual signature's colour or font afterward if they have a real reason to — the Brand Kit removes the repetitive default-setting, not the ability to make an exception.
Updating the brand later
A rebrand or a colour refresh means updating the Brand Kit once, not walking through every existing signature. Signatures already sent don't retroactively change — email that already landed in someone's inbox is what it was — but every new one created afterward reflects the update.

The Brand Kit is saved per account, so applying it collapses the catalog for whoever is signed into that account. For a whole team to share one brand automatically, pair it with a CSV/team import using a shared template rather than relying on each person to set their own kit.
